What is Dimple Doodles?

Dimple Doodles works one on one with the client, to create a unique design to make any happy occasion more special.

What is the timeline for Dimple Doodles cards, invitations,
and announcements?

Typically, if creating a one-of-a-kind custom card, a preliminary design will be created in 5-6 business days.  If using the internet, the client will receive a virtual copy once it is completed.  The client has every discretion to make any requests and/or changes to the design. 

If the client is using a previously created design, a virtual sample will be provided in 2-3 business days.

Once the final design is created, a hard-copy of the sample can be sent to the client for final approval. 

A final order is then completed and shipped within the next 3-4 business days.

I'm in a time-crunch, can I have the envelopes sent to me in advance?

Envelopes can be sent at a flat rate of $5.00 to anywhere in the continental U.S.

How do I send my pictures to Dimple Doodles?

The preferred method is through the internet.  There are many sites, such as Flickr and Yahoo Photo, that allow guests to download a photo in a large format. 

You can also send the photos to Dimple Doodles directly through email at sarah@dimpledoodles.com.  A dpi of at least 240 is preferred.

Can I get the designs in different color combinations?

Absolutely.  Just tell us what colors you would like to use, and we can show you a proof.  No extra charge.

How do I make payments to Dimple Doodles?

Payments can me made via Paypal, Checks, or Money Orders.   Payment information will follow the issuance of an invoice.

What type of paper is used?

all cards are of archival quality and are Lignin Free, Acid-Free, 110# Cardstock

Can I have a sample of your product?

Just email sarah@dimpledoodles.com with an address and payment of $5, and we will have a sample sent to you.

If I just send you a photo and ask you to put it together in a card is that considered a $45 set up fee? We do not celebrate X-mas so want more of a general holiday card. Do you have any designs already in your scrapbook that you would suggest or would you need to create something? Thank you!
